Ingredients 75g oats 1 scoop of protein powder 50g fresh blueberries 1 tbsp chia seeds ½ banana, sliced ½ cup almond milk

Directions 1. Place all dry contents into a sealed jar or container, then add almond milk

2. Stir all ingredients in jar, close lid & shake ingredients until all combined

3. Place lid on container/jar & place in fridge overnight, Ready to eat in morning
